Key Responsibilities:

* Serve drinks to patrons and servers, mixing and serving alcohol and non-alcohol drinks according to standard recipes and company proportions
* Serve wine and bottled beer or draw draught beer
* Enter drink/food orders into the cash register and collect payment from patrons
* Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
* Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
* Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* A minimum of two years front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
* Experience in credit card processing
* Previous experience using a computerized POS system
* Must be able to obtain a Milwaukee County Bartending License

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
* Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
* Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
* Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
