Job Title: Construction Project Manager K-12/Higher Education Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee K-12 and Higher Education construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing construction projects in educational facilities and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management oversight for educational facility construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, including school administrators, school boards, and other project stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects in K-12 and Higher Education facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
