Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing project timelines, and maintaining detailed job site work records.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage and maintain accurate job site records, including schedules, budgets, and quality control reports
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- 5+ years of experience as a lead construction superintendent
- Proven work history with a General Contractor
- Willingness to travel and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
- Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $160,000
