About the Role

The Office Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and Community Manager, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling homeowner/tenant requests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

A minimum of two years general administrative experience is required, with previous industry experience highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also essential.
