Job Description

The Anti Money Laundering (AML) team at Disability Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AML Refresh Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to the AML team and consulting on various topics across functional and business support lines.

In this role, you will analyze and resolve complex operational problems, act as a lead on multiple projects/initiatives, and drive process improvements. You will also provide training and support to the team and consult with management on routine matters.

This position requires strong product and market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have experience in AML, strong leadership presence, and implementation skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in Onboarding or Refresh within the Bank
  • Experience as an AML SME, coach, readiness, and/or manager for production teams
  • Proficient with AWARE, Panther, Tableau
  • Strong leadership presence and implementation skills
  • Strong communications skills with leadership, and ability to communicate across multiple audiences
  • Documented experience performing in a process-oriented production environment that changes periodically
