Job Title: PT - Program Instructor

Overview:

CENTERS, LLC is a professional management firm specializing in facility, operation, and program management for higher education. Our management approach is customized for each client, yet retains our uniform quality. We unite site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. Our team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective coaching sessions to clients or teams, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients, regardless of their skill level, appearance, or background.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being throughout the coaching process.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors through various channels, including phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Enforce all program policies and procedures, as well as building policies and procedures, and assist during emergencies as needed.
  • Attend all instructor and necessary departmental staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver safe and effective coaching sessions, incorporating creative practices or private lessons as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all participants in class, regardless of their fitness level, appearance, or background.
  • Attend all necessary meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of CENTERS and our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Possess current certification in the relevant field.
  • Demonstrate leadership and supervisory abilities, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestyles.
Competencies:
  • Proficiency in fitness, wellness, nutrition knowledge, and coaching techniques.
  • Ability to develop plans for continued growth in clients' skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Office environment/fitness center environment.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Evening and/or weekend work as required.
  • Standing or walking for at least 50% of the workday.
  • Occasional bending and stooping.
  • Hearing and talking.
