Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to clients, focusing on effective instruction and customer service.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being throughout the coaching process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders, regardless of skill level or background.
  • Enforce program policies and procedures, as well as building policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Attend regular instructor and departmental meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching plans to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the program.
Requirements
  • Current certification in a relevant field.
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of standard practices in wellness and fitness.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Competencies
  • Technical competencies in fitness, wellness, nutrition, and coaching techniques.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective coaching plans.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Office environment/fitness center environment.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Evening and/or weekend work as required.
  • Standing or walking for at least 50% of the workday.
  • Occasional bending and stooping.
  • Hearing and talking.
