Transportation Specialist

Job Summary:
Santa Fe Public Schools is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Bus Driver. This role is responsible for transporting students to and from school in a safe and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a school bus on an assigned route, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and transportation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transportation system.
- Report any incidents or accidents to the Transportation Department.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a commercial endorsement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:
