Job Title: Help Desk Assistant
About Us: Kingston Healthcare is a leading healthcare company dedicated to providing innovative care to our residents. We take pride in our commitment to technological excellence and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets to our users in-person at our Santa Fe, NM location.
- Perform active directory and Office 365 account management.
- Provide IT support as a member of the IT help desk staff.
- Image and configure devices, including phones, tablets, and laptops.
- Deploy new devices to end users in healthcare facilities.
- Provide general support related to all Kingston devices.
Qualifications:
- Prefer candidates who are passionate about technology and can provide excellent customer service.
- Proficiency with configuring Windows and iOS.
- Experience supporting a wide range of users at different levels of proficiency with technology is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work After Hours/On Call as needed.
