Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your set territory to manage current clients as well as develop new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Routinely coach and manage Field Employees and deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our Clients.
  • Sales Growth: Grow sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Client Satisfaction: Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with Senior Account Executives to receive direction and strategy on attacking sales territory.
  • Prospecting and Closing: Prospect and close new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a go-getter attitude.
  • Desire to Learn: Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Reliability: Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Valid Driver's License: Position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
