**Job Title:** Bakery Production Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at WaterStreet, LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting management in the production of all baked goods, including breads, cakes, pies, pastries, bagels, and other sweet and savory treats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily production meetings to discuss production schedules, ingredient availability, and any other relevant information.
  • Clean and prepare all baking materials, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
  • Assemble all dry and wet goods for production, ensuring accurate measurements and ingredient ratios.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to execute recipes, utilizing industrial equipment to facilitate efficient production.
  • Handle all hot or dangerous items with care, adhering to all Health, Sanitation, and Safety policies.
  • Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly, meeting quality and presentation standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle basic money transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as baking, pastry arts, or culinary production.
  • Firm understanding of metric and imperial systems of measurement.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Mindset to work safely around hot or dangerous items.
  • Content with adhering to all Health and Safety dress codes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of standing for 10+ hours and lifting 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screen.
