The Technical Systems Specialist III role requires the ability to perform all primary responsibilities defined for Technical Systems Specialists I and II. This position provides technical support and training to Technical Systems Specialists, with a primary responsibility of performing system administration support for Bank's Tier two systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot various software configurations/features including operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and networking on all platforms.
  • Analyze and document current systems and procedures, developing strategies, standards, and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain inventory for bank mobile devices.
  • Provide second-level technical support in resolving hardware, software, and printer issues associated with Bank's Tier two systems and applications.
  • Lead and support Technical Systems Specialists, providing training and guidance when necessary.
  • Perform initial software installation, setup, and testing for Bank's Tier two systems and applications.
  • Maintain software, including testing, evaluation, and installation of new versions.
  • Assist with planning, evaluating, selecting, and implementing new systems, utilities, tools, and technologies.
  • Record all support calls, questions, and requests into the Information Technology call tracking system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Asset Tracking system.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data residing in Bank's information systems.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience is required.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of proven IT experience supporting Microsoft network operating systems, computer hardware, and software applications is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining hosted M365 environments is required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Self-directed with excellent prioritization and time management skills, able to handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven deductive logic, complex problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds.
  • Schedule flexibility with willingness to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is required.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is preferred.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
