Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology to achieve outstanding results and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to potential customers and execute a detailed business plan.
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
