Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Educational Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing research-based behavior interventions to promote positive behavioral change in students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with school teams to supervise, design, and implement behavior interventions.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavioral Technicians on effective behavior analytic interventions.
  • Lead teams in developing functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans.
  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions with the school team.
  • Develop procedures and training materials for staff involved with students with challenging behaviors.
  • Conduct workshops and training on positive behavioral supports, collaborative problem solving, and behavioral data collection.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Valid Educational Staff Associate School Behavior Analyst certificate.
Working Conditions:
  • Day treatment program setting.
  • Exposure to communicable diseases found in children and adolescents.
  • Students may use challenging or offensive verbalizations toward staff and other students.
