This full-time opportunity is available for the 2024-2025 school year and offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Compensation PackageOur compensation package is designed to attract top talent and provide a competitive salary. Based on national averages and industry standards, we estimate a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work closely with students, staff, and parents to develop and implement behavior plans that promote positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to implement BIPs and monitor progress
  • Providing training and support to staff on behavior principles and strategies
  • Working with parents to develop and implement behavior plans that support their child's needs

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • At least 1+ year of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
  • Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies, as well as experience implementing behavior plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
