Job Description

Our Management Trainee position is a key role in our company's growth and development. As a Management Trainee at Toppers Pizza, you will work through a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and a high level of quality in food, service, and cleanliness.
  • Develop, direct, and supervise hourly Team Members to achieve sales and profit objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Build store sales and control restaurant costs, ensuring a positive impact on the bottom line.
  • Pass a management-level food safety and sanitation exam to demonstrate expertise in food handling and preparation.
  • Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations, with a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to meet the following physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
  • Perform repetitive tasks and full range of motion, including bending, turning, twisting, and reaching.
  • Carry, push, and pull objects related to food preparation and service.
  • Stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of the shift.

Environmental Factors/Working Conditions:

  • High noise levels due to restaurant operations, customers, and music.
  • Work near moving or mechanical parts.
