Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial management and analysis support to the ETTS Propulsion Technical Center, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting functions for the ETTS Propulsion Technical Center.
  • Accountable for timely and accurate month-end closing, forecasting, quoting, working capital, and fixed asset management.
  • Perform monthly financial closing, including the posting of journal entries in SAP and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly earnings call package for the ETTS Propulsion Technical Center.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly balance sheet review package for the ETTS Propulsion Technical Center.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales to ensure collection of R&D reimbursements and Prototype income.
  • Work closely with each ETTS RU to reconcile intercompany balances.
  • Develop the PTC budget/LRP, with particular emphasis on SA&O and R&D functions.
  • Participate in the PTC fixed assets control and inventory.
  • Takes the initiative to take on challenging assignments and creates opportunity where none exists.
  • Special Assignments Responsible for completion of special assignments as required. Examples include updating OneStream reports, creating ad-hoc reports upon request from various functional managers, etc.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Intermediate to advanced level using Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sum-ifs, macros, etc.) to automate files.
  • Intermediate level using PowerPoint to translate data from Excel and create presentations.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience using OneStream.
  • Flexibility to work early and extended hours as required to attend meetings and complete assignments specifically during month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and budget/LRP time.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Extremely detailed-oriented and organized.
