About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for running organized shifts, executing administrative duties, and providing leadership and direction to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run organized shifts and execute all administrative duties.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members when the Restaurant General Manager is not available.
  • Analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics.
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in training team members.
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in scheduling facility maintenance needs.
  • Ability to manage any conflict regarding customers and/or employees.
