Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
- Choose qualified subcontractors and suppliers to execute the project plan
- Engage in hands-on labor tasks at job sites, including site cleanup, drywall installation and finishing, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their trust and satisfaction throughout the project
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in residential renovation
- At least 1 year of experience overseeing residential construction projects
- Possession of personal tools necessary for the job
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and keep a Class E Driver's License
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
