As a Medical Office Support Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is between $38,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction: Greet and check-in patients, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and ensure accurate documentation in our system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic secretarial and administrative duties, such as data entry, mailings, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment required.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers preferred.
