Job Description

The successful candidate will provide desktop support across multiple locations, troubleshoot network, printer, and wireless connectivity issues, and efficiently manage and resolve work order tickets within 3 days. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VPNs, remote desktop tools, network protocols, DHCP, DNS, and file-sharing systems.

Requirements
  • An associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 1-3 years in a related role.
  • Proven experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) and supporting OS (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) or similar industry certifications.
