About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
  • Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers.
  • Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
  • Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
  • Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
  • Complete and maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.
  • Keep up to date with industry practices and the ability to engage with our customers on those topics.
  • Help drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant who has a strong understanding of Workday concepts and is able to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of functional experience in Recruiting systems in Workday
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 2+ years software consulting experience
  • Workday certification required and preferred qualification for the role
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required. Advanced degree preferred

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
