Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Occupancy Heroes Incorporated. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of applications and other paperwork provided by clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing documents, coordinating submission of necessary paperwork, and ensuring that all documents are filled out correctly. You will also be responsible for entering data from documents into computer software programs and following up with clients to collect all necessary information.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, as well as utilize search tools to find information.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare documents, including credit applications
  • Coordinate submission of necessary paperwork
  • Ensure all documents are filled out correctly
  • Enter data from documents into computer software programs
  • Follow up with clients to collect all necessary information

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Processor experience
  • LIHTC Experience

  • Experience with Rightsource
  • Experience with Senior 202
