As a seasoned multifamily real estate professional, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the sale of build-to-rent and single-family for rent commercial properties for clients. You will work closely with a large, established multifamily brokerage team to achieve sales goals and expand the company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
  • Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
  • Compile property data, including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates.
  • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) and analyze responses to identify opportunities.
  • Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing agreements and commission agreements.
  • Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts, including deeds, leases, and mortgages.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry.
  • Draft correspondence to clients and gather marketing materials.
  • Engage in local business community and charitable events to create new contacts and generate new business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures, including percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
