Job Summary:


The Waters of Shelbyville is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of our patients and their families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately recording patient responses and vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:


  • RN/Registered Nurse: 1 year of experience (Preferred)
  • RN Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee (Required)
