About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Right at Home Middle Tennessee. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
  • Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
  • 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Pass a background check.
  • CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required.
