Position Overview

Frampton Construction is in search of a meticulous and proactive Senior Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing department.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the proposal development lifecycle. This position will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will collaborate with the marketing, preconstruction, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for new project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business development, preconstruction, and operational teams to create high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials.
  • Evaluate RFQs and RFPs to develop proposal outlines and strategic plans.
  • Establish and oversee internal timelines for proposal preparation.
  • Design and manage the layout, aesthetics, and document quality to ensure a polished final product.
  • Review proposal content for compliance and quality prior to final assessment by the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain a repository of marketing materials, reusable assets, and templates to facilitate the proposal development process.
  • Update and manage project and personnel data in the company's CRM system.
  • Ensure FCC team resumes are current and accurately reflect experience and qualifications.
  • Support the marketing initiatives of the FCC Charlotte office while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Perform additional tasks based on individual strengths and interests, such as graphic design, award submissions, videography, public relations, and participation in career fairs or trade shows.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in proposal development, preferably within the A/E/C sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is essential.
  • Experience with Unanet (or Cosential) CRM is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in proofreading and grammar.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet proposal deadlines.
  • A high level of creativity in utilizing graphics (photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to enhance written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
