Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Michigan. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidenced-based medicine and individualized patient care.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience, ensuring a positive and compassionate care environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required.
  • For Staff Registered Nurse positions within specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred.

Qualifications
  • Must have current, unencumbered R.N. license to practice in the State of Michigan.
  • Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a minimum of two years of college-level training in nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Analytical ability to assess and evaluate patient's condition and utilize the nursing process.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to almost constantly communicate with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within the framework of the nursing team.
  • Ability to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and stressful critical situations.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
Additional Requirements
  • Labor & Delivery RNs shall complete NRP and ACLS within 6 months of hire and Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within 1 year of hire.
