**Your Role in Our Journey**

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Customer Experience team. As our Director of Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for driving our customer experience strategy across the organization, ensuring that every touchpoint is a delight for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with Burrow's vision and values.
  • Own the post-purchase experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.
  • Lead the CX team in achieving exceptional customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities that positively impact the customer experience.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience leading growing CX teams.
  • Proven track record of driving customer experience excellence in a direct-to-consumer, physical products company.
  • Expertise in CX workforce planning, project management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a passion for customer service and experience.
