Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and administer accurate pricing on customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Load customer pricing, including item and product exceptions, PA defaults, and daily pricing maintenance.
- Meet deadlines and maintain analytical skills to determine the correct pricing for each unique price agreement.
- Prepare price books and contract models, reviewing for accuracy and ensuring data security.
- Execute Non-GPO New Contract Implementation for customers and troubleshoot issues using logic skills and attention to detail.
- Conduct root cause analysis for daily and weekly audits, including pricing accuracy and daily below costs.
- Perform procedures to ensure data security, asset protection, and regulatory compliance.
- High School Diploma
- 1+ Year Professional Experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to solve routine problems and identify root causes independently
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn new concepts and company-specific software programs quickly
