Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Women's Health and Obstetrical Services team at MaineHealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our inpatient Certified Nurse Midwife and Obstetrical Nocturnalist services, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are functioning optimally and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Medical and Administrative leadership to develop strategic plans and business initiatives for women's health services.
  • Direct and supervise clinical and administrative staff members to ensure successful program implementation and timely completion of tasks.
  • Act as liaison with all levels of staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Three to five years' related work experience, with a focus on healthcare operations and management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
