Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure services are functioning optimally and in compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Partner with Medical and Administrative leadership to develop strategic plans for women's health services.
- Direct and supervise clinical and administrative staff members.
- Manage budgets and variance reporting.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Three to five years' related work experience in healthcare operations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
