Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrification Services Coordinator to join our team at ABB. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional support services to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative services to various business areas, identifying performance gaps and addressing emerging requirements.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of services by external providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings or areas for improvement.
  • Training Development: Develop training materials, FAQs, and other resources to support location/business-specific administrative needs.
  • Quality Focus: Perform tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school / GED required, 2 year Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Skillset: Previous experience reading and following Service Agreements, SAP (or other ERP) and SalesForce experience nice to have.
  • Authorization: Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Compensation:

This position is expected to pay between $49,400 and $91,600 annually.
