Program Management Support Role

As a Program Management Support professional at ENGIE North America Inc., you will play a key role in supporting the local Capital Projects team, focusing on energy conservation measures (ECMs) and other large capital projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with ENGIE's project management team to ensure project execution, quality assurance/control, and developing innovative approaches to carbon reduction. You will also interact with the Georgetown community to communicate ENGIE's efforts and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project execution, schedule, scope, and budget management
  • Develop and implement quality assurance/control processes
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and program managers to execute infrastructure projects
  • Identify and develop relationships with Georgetown community groups focused on sustainability
  • Provide analysis on project execution and generate statistical data to evaluate success
  • Assess Georgetown community expectations and develop targeted plans to meet those expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business, Marketing, Communications, STEM, or similar field
  • Minimum 1 year completed coursework in Sustainability, Business, Marketing, Communications, STEM, or similar field
  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior at Georgetown University
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
