Teach Computer Science to Students with CyberTeck Academy

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic educator to join our team as an Onsite Teacher. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for teaching computer science and game design to students in grades 1st-7th.

About the Role:

  • You will teach engaging classes in Minecraft Programming, Game Design, Animation, and/or Lego Robotics.
  • You will ensure students are safely dismissed to appropriate parents or staff.
  • You will set up laptops and equipment for classes of 8-12 children.

CyberTeck Academy is a leading provider of educational services, focusing on computer science and game design. We are committed to fostering a love for technology and creativity in young minds.

Benefits:

  • Earn $60-$90 per single class shift.
  • Additional compensation for multi-class shifts.
  • A flexible schedule, teaching once a week for 6 to 8 weeks, with a minimum requirement of 2 days of availability per week.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with video and/or computer games.
  • Enjoy working with and teaching children aged 5-14.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Pass a criminal and sex offender background check.

Preferred Candidates:

We prioritize candidates who can commit to 3 or more days a week, especially in Howard County.
