About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Science Professional to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing business and operations data, conducting data analysis, delivering data-driven insights, and developing dynamic dashboards. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze business and operations data to identify trends and patterns.
* Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Develop and integrate dynamic dashboards to support decision-making processes.
* Support the development of analytical systems and models to drive business growth.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
* 5 years of experience in data science/data analysis/data visualization.
* Knowledge and experience applying analytics (finance, HR, social sciences, engineering, or operations research).
* Ability to interface and present effectively with leadership/customer/stakeholder to drive decision making.

* Relational database and data warehouse modeling and schema design.
* ETL automation.
* SQL, MS Access, R, and/or Python is a plus.
