Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA programs and supervise a team of behavior technicians. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing supervision and guidance to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
    • Develop and implement ABA programs to meet client goals and objectives
  • Supervision and Guidance
    • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services and adherence to company policies
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to behavior technicians
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Complete progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory agency and funding source requirements
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and program outcomes
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
    • BCBA Certification
    • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
    • 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
