Job Summary:
Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Burlington, Wisconsin. This is a night shift position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your duties will include administering medications, operating ventilators, and educating patients on respiratory care techniques.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in respiratory care principles and practices. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of an associate degree in respiratory therapy or a related field is required, along with current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).

Estimated Salary Range: $31.10 - $46.60/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
