Brand Manager Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand growth and profitability. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the brand marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing plans, including consumer, customer, and bottler-facing activities.
  • Lead the brand marketing team and provide coaching and guidance to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with insights teams to leverage research and insights to drive brand growth and profitability.
  • Work with category management, consumer insights, strategy, commercialization, and sales teams to develop compelling brand selling stories and drive demand at retail.
  • Develop and manage project workflows to ensure timely and effective execution of brand marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand initiatives are integrated into digital marketing execution through websites, social media, email marketing, videos, and digital ads.
  • Develop innovative strategies for consumer loyalty programs and recruiting new consumers.
  • Ensure all projects and programs meet budget parameters and are accounted for.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study.

Desired Experience:

  • More than 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office, Social Media, Click Up, and Nielsen.
