Key Responsibilities- Community Administration
- Manage and deposit daily collection of all monthly rentals, late fees, and other revenue streams.
- Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions in accordance with state and landlord laws.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, motivate, and manage onsite staff to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Administer discipline with proper documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Leadership and Communication
- Demonstrate leadership in corporate attitude, communication skills, and professional appearance.
- Exemplify adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Community Maintenance
- Inspect the community grounds and community-owned homes to maintain a presentable appearance.
- Manage and assign tasks to the maintenance staff through the use of the Maintenance Work Order system.
- Financial Management
- Process, approve, and forward invoices in a timely manner to the Corporate Office.
- Maintain petty cash and keep track of all expenses and receipts.
- Employee Management
- Maintain employees' files, timesheets, and records to coordinate accurate compensation and benefits.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze and audit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and address any issues or incorrect information.
- Emergency Response
- Manage accidents, emergency situations, and immediate mechanical needs.
- Report to the corporate office immediately and prepare the proper reports.
- Community Development
- Manage the process of refurbishing community-owned homes.
- Safety and Security
- Remain aware of safety issues and administer constant corrective measures to ensure a safe working and living environment for all residents and team members.
- Customer Service
- Build relationships with residents and respond to all needs.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Coordinate the advertising, promotions, and presentations of homes as directed by the Regional Manager.
- 2-3 years of property management experience with proven management skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detailed-orientated and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook; MRI experience preferred.
- Ability to be flexible and work evenings and weekends.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Operator's license required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
