Job Title: Registered Nurse, Head

UHealth Tower is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Head Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff to provide the highest level of service.

Job Summary:

The Head Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and that our staff is equipped to provide the best possible service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure it meets our high standards
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
  • Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
  • ACLS
  • One (1) year Acute Care Nursing experience
