Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our team at AEVEX Aerospace. As a Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customers: Work closely with customers to gather, refine, and confirm requirements throughout the project's duration.
  • Liaise with Developers: Ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated to developers and that they have the necessary information to properly code the project's functionality.
  • Understand Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and testers.
  • Record and Track Issues: Use JIRA software to record and track issues, and develop Release Notes in preparation for deployments.
  • Work with Scrum Master and Customer: Prioritize requirements with the Scrum Master and customer.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and testers, to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Lead Meetings: Lead meetings with potential new customers to gather high-level requirements and participate in cost estimation meetings for new work.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI with Poly: Must have a Top Secret/Secret/Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Requirements Management: Ability to organize and track complex requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, email, and chat.
  • Agile Knowledge: Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
