Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Specialist to join our team at a progressive, financially stable Health Center in Florence, KY.

The ideal candidate will have a DMD or DDS Degree and be able to diagnose and treat oral health issues, perform dental procedures, and create treatment plans based on patient needs.

The successful candidate will also be able to educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention, conduct check-ups and cleanings, and collaborate with staff for coordinated care.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of >$175,000, 401k plan, sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and treating oral health issues
  • Performing dental procedures (fillings, extractions, etc.)
  • Creating treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene and prevention
  • Conducting check-ups and cleanings
  • Collaborating with staff for coordinated care
  • Analyzing X-rays and diagnostics
  • Ensuring infection control and safety
  • Staying updated with dental advancements
  • Managing equipment and instruments
  • Addressing patient concerns
  • Maintaining an inviting office environment
  • Adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Will take New Grad.
  • DMD or DDS Degree.
