Nursing Care Specialist

Madonna Manor, a Senior Living community, is seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to provide exceptional care to our residents. Our community offers assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services, as well as upscale Independent Living. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing activities related to the nursing care needs of residents, maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians, and documenting in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
Requirements:
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Kentucky or a state with reciprocity.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $35 to $39 per hour for RNs, $26 to $30.80 per hour for LPNs.
