Job Title: Resident Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Brighton Center, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of program participants and maintaining a smooth flow of household operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess program eligibility and assist with intakes
  • Monitor participants' vitals and provide crisis counseling as needed
  • Document customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise participants and conduct hourly house checks for safety and security

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Peer Support Specialist Certification a plus
  • Ability to work evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts with flexibility
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and communication
  • Broad knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and crisis counseling

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $15.00.
