Hotel Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage front desk staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front desk staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
