Job Overview

IM Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the AV/IT, Engineering, and Service/Maintenance departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in technology-based project management, and a commitment to upholding the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and manage project and company-related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
    • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
    • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology-based project management and construction methodology.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.
