Job Description

Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our service center and provide leadership to all personnel and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to analyze and improve processes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Direct and coordinate the total activities of the service center, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership to all personnel, including coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Analyze the operating statement for both the center and individual departments, and take appropriate action to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Customer Service: Ensure effective customer communications and provide excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve market share.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
