Regional Business Manager

As a Regional Business Manager, you will lead business initiatives in 9-10 locations in the Central Valley, Northern CA, providing strategic and tactical business leadership in the development and execution of the region's P&L, sales, and operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the region's P&L programs, strategic & tactical activities for multiple locations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with sellers in the region, creating meaningful seller plans and managing funnel activities.
- Manage and grow existing and new customer opportunities using company business processes and cadence.
- Lead a high-performing team, hiring, training, and developing strong performers.
- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
- Lead by example, creating a positive, dynamic, and fun work environment.
- Documented success in proactively managing P&L.
- 5+ years' experience in strategic and tactical business leadership, evaluating and implementing comprehensive customer service and sales programs and initiatives.
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated background in talent management and associate development to build and retain highly motivated performance teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and organizational skills with all levels of internal and external organizations.
- Mechanical aptitude to maximize product knowledge and guide customers to solutions.
- Systems proficiency in ERP and computer-related systems.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed.

Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location, and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed.
