Behavioral Health Professional Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Weber County Correctional Facility in Ogden, Utah.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Professional will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide proactive and compassionate care to patients in a correctional environment. This role requires a Master's level clinician with a strong background in mental health treatment, assessment, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis stabilization, intakes, and ongoing evaluations
  • Collaborate with medical staff and community providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
  • Prepare documentation, records, and reports as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in a social work capacity
  • Licensed, Master's level Behavioral Health Clinician (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LPC)
